CHERRY YUM YUM DESSERT 
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) package fat-free cream cheese
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Press on the bottom of an oblong glass casserole dish. Mix with and electric mixer, the softened cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract together until creamy. Pour over crust in casserole dish. Spread evenly and top with the can of cherry pie filling. Chill well before serving.
