FAST FIX'N FRUIT CAKE 
1 can pie filling (see below)
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour oil in 9"x13" cake pan, tilt pan so oil covers bottom. Put cake mix, water and eggs in pan. Stir with fork or spoon until well blended. Spoon pie filling evenly over cake. Stir with fork until swirled.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

NOTE: Any pie filling such as apple, blueberry, cherry, strawberry, pineapple, pumpkin or lemon may be used.
