1 1/2 c. brandied fruit
1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines #2)
1 box instant pudding (butter pecan)
2/3 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. pecans

Mix together and put in a tube or bundt pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Freezes well.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread on cake.
