2-3 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of hot pepper
Dash of salt
1-2 bay leaves
Haddock fillet
1 piece of cheesecloth

Fill a pot with water. Add all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil. Wrap haddock in cheesecloth and drop in water. Cook about 20 minutes. Serve with browned butter.
