CHICKEN HAWAIIAN SUPREME 
1/2 fresh pineapple

Wash pineapple. Cut lengthwise leaving top on. Remove core and 3/4 of pineapple meat.

3 oz. cooked chicken
4 oz. pineapple meat
1 oz. walnut halves
6 (2 oz.) red grapes
1/2 apple
1/3 oz. shredded coconut

Cut pineapple meat, apple and cooked chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix in the grapes and walnuts. Put into the center of the pineapple boat. Sprinkle coconut down the center of the salad lengthwise.

Do not throw out extra pineapple meat. Put in plastic container and save.
