CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
3 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. cut-up fresh pineapple or 1 (12 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
2 med. stalks of celery
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped pimentos

Mix chicken, macaroni, pineapple, celery, green onions and pimentos; toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate until cold, at least 4 hours. Serve on lettuce or in pineapple shells. Makes approximately 6 servings.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of cayenne pepper

Shake all ingredients in tightly covered jar, toss with salad.
