PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round or sirloin steak (2" thick)
3/4 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
1 green pepper, cut into rings
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
4 green onions, sliced & including tops
1/2 c. celery in large slices
1 c. consomme or bouillon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. molasses
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
2 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. lemon juice

Cut meat into large cubes, mix with tenderizer and brown in small amount of oil. Mix bouillon and cornstarch. Cook until thickened in same pan meat was browned in. Add seasonings, celery and onions and simmer 5 minutes. Add meat and top with tomato wedges and pepper strips. Simmer another 5 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
