JULIE'S BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 pie crusts (room temperature, do not pierce)
10 oz. frozen broccoli
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Onion powder
Worcestershire

Cook (microwave) broccoli and drain thoroughly. Line pie crusts with broccoli. Grate cheese on top of broccoli. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder and Worcestershire. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. For Spinach Quiche: Substitute frozen spinach and Swiss cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
