(Approximate measurements.)

3 c. broth (thin with water if too rich)
1/3 c. flour
1/3 plus c. of water
Kitchen bouquet
Salt & pepper

Mix flour and water in cup with small wire whisk until smooth. Bring broth to boiling. Add small amounts of thickening, stirring quickly with larger whisk so lumps will not form. Use as much thickening as needed to reach desired consistency. Season to taste. Add a small amount of Kitchen Bouquet for perfect coloring.
