CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 (6 to 8 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Mix with the remaining ingredients and place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until center is done.
