DIJON HAM 'N' SWISS 
4 c. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast (rapid rise)
1 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped cooked ham (8 oz.)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped dill pickle

Set aside 1 cup of flour. Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat water, mustard and butter in small saucepan just to touch. Stir into flour mixture. Mix in enough reserved flour to make soft dough. Knead 4 minutes on a greased baking sheet, roll dough to 14 x 12 inches. Sprinkle ham, cheese and pickle down center and pinch edges closed. Cover and place in warm area. Let dough rise 15 to 20 minutes. Brush loaf with beaten egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Slice in equal pieces and serve warm. Serves 6.
