MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 c. American cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
21 saltine crackers, crumbled

Mix first 4 ingredients together and place in a slightly buttered casserole. Melt the stick of butter (can use microwave) and add the crumbled crackers. Mix together and sprinkle over top of the vegetables.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
