SANDWICH SPREAD | |
1 gallon sliced green tomatoes 1/2 gallon sweet peppers 1 qt. onions 1 pt. water Salt 1 pt. vinegar 2 lbs. brown sugar 1 pt. mayonnaise 1/4 qt. mustard Put all through food chopper. Salt to taste. Let set overnight. Drain and add vinegar, water, and brown sugar. Cook 30 minutes. Take from stove. Cool until warm. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Stir well. Put in jars and seal. |
