HOMEMADE SANDWICH SPREAD | |
4 lb. green tomatoes 1 qt. onions 3 red peppers 3 green peppers Grind together and drain well. Mix together 1 quart white sugar, 1 quart cider vinegar. Add to ground vegetables. Cook for 20 minutes. Drain well and add 1 quart mayonnaise and add one 4 ounce prepared French mustard. Mix well; seal in jars. Keep cool. Use in 4 to 6 weeks. |
