BROCCOLI OR SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen broccoli or squash
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter

Cook vegetable (broccoli or squash) as directed on box, drain and chop. Beat egg in 3-quart casserole dish. Add onion, mayonnaise, soup and cheese. Put cooked vegetable in and mix well. Top with dressing and top with butter, cut into pats. Cook for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
