MOCHA VELVET CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 tsp. instant coffee

Prepare mix as directed. Stir instant coffee into mix. Bake in prepared round cake pans per directions on mix. After cake has cooled split each layer in half, so that you have 4 layers.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. instant coffee

Mix all ingredients until stiff.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

Use a powdered chocolate frosting mix and mix as directed. Then add water to make it a little rummy.
