MELANIE'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. yogurt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix cheese, onion, soup, sour cream and seasonings with potatoes. Crush corn flakes lightly and mix with melted butter. Top casserole with cereal mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
