CHILI MACARONI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. fat
1 can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
4 oz. elbow macaroni

Brown beef, onion and green pepper in fat; add tomatoes and kidney beans. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, vinegar and water. Stir into meat mixture. Add macaroni and mix well. Simmer 40 minutes.
