Mustard greens

Cook greens as usual, with lots of water. When the greens are done, take them out of the pot and save the juice (pot licker).

Cornbread Dumpling: Using self-rising corn meal; make this just like hush- puppies. Using garlic, onions, and egg; make into little balls and drop into the boiling greens juice.
