SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 oz. jar apricot (or peach) preserves

Mix dressing, onion soup mix and preserves in a blender or food processor. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder or salt. Pour dressing mix over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for one hour. Cover the first half of baking.
