SWEET `N SOUR FOR CHICKEN OR RIBS | |
1/2 c. catsup 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce Heat ingredients to boiling and pour over meat. Baste or turn over every 15 minutes. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Makes big recipe, I use cut up chicken wings.) Meat Preparation: Dip meat in beaten egg and coat with cornstarch. (Can add garlic powder to cornstarch if desired.) Do not salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over. |
