SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
8 oz. Apricot Preserves
8 oz. Red Russian or Catalina Dressing*

Put boneless chicken breasts in baking dish.

Mix onion soup mix, apricot preserves, and dressing.

Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

May serve over cooked rice.

*Low calorie dressing may be used.
