ERIN'S FAVORITE GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 (1 1/2 lb.) boneless chicken thighs
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 c. apricot preserves or spread
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Combine dressing, preserves and soup mix. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Baste 3-4 times while baking.
