ORANGE - GLAZED CHICKEN TIDBITS 
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
15 oz. skinned & boned chicken breasts, cooked & cut into 1-inch pieces

In medium mixing bowl combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Mix well. Add chicken pieces, toss to coat. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes, tossing chicken after 15 minutes. Place chicken into broiling pan and broil for 5 minutes, turn chicken over, brush with remaining marinade and broil until done, about 3 minutes. Serve on rice. Delicious!
