ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, boneless and halved
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 env. onion soup mix

Place orange juice concentrate in a bowl. Blend in onion soup mix. Place chicken in casserole. Spread juice mixture over chicken reserving 1/2 cup for future basting. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add reserved juice. Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil for last 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
