APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
3-5 lb. chicken, cut up
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 env. onion soup mix
1 sm. bottle Wishbone red Russian dressing (not creamy)
1 sm. can pineapple chunks, optional

Mix preserves, onion soup mix, dressing and pineapple chunks (drained). Generously baste chicken with glaze. Turn chicken over and baste again midway through baking. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 1 1/2 hours. Glazed chicken should be a golden brown. Glaze may also be used for barbecued chicken.
