APRICOT GLAZED CORNISH HENS 
3 Cornish hens, split
1 bottle lo-cal French dressing
1 pkg. Lipton's golden onion soup
1 med. jar Smucker's apricot preserves

Pam large baking pan and place halves of hens inside, bone side down. Mix other ingredients in small saucepan and heat to just boiling, mixing entire time. Pour mixture over hens. Cover with foil (tightly). Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking (and basting) until hens are brown and glazed. Serve with wild rice, broiled cherry tomatoes and a green vegetable.
