EGG FOO YOUNG 
1 1/2 c. (2 cans) bean sprouts
1/4 c. celery
1 1/2 c. cooked meat
3/4 onion, sliced then length
8 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix bean sprouts, vegetables and meat. Beat eggs slightly with fork, add salt and pepper, pour over other ingredients. Stir gently with 2 forks. Fry like pancakes in 1/8 inch oil. 5 minutes each.

GRAVY:

3 c. boiling water
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 bouillon cubes
1/4 c. corn starch

Boil water with cubes until dissolved. Let stand. Then add butter and cornstarch.
