HOMEMADE TACOS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 med. onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat and drain all grease. Add onion, garlic, chili powder, and salt. Simmer 8 minutes.

TOPPINGS:

Shredded lettuce, Shredded sharp cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped avocados

Warm 12 taco shells in oven at 250 degrees. When warm, fill with toppings. For soft shell, use flour tortillas.
