SOUTHWEST TUNA SALAD 
1 can (12 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
2 med. tomatoes, cut up into chunks
1 med. avocado, peeled cut into chunks
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1/4 c. Heinz distilled white vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Lettuce cups
Dash pepper
Sour cream
Tortilla chips

In a large bowl, lightly combine first 5 ingredients. For dressing combine vinegar and oil and pepper in a jar cover and shake vigorously. Pour dressing over tuna mixture toss gently to coat. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups serve with tortilla chips. Spoon atop sour cream. Garnish with avocado slices. Serves 4.
