TUNA AND NOODLE SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. chopped black olives
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cream or milk
Dash garlic salt
1/2 c. diced celery
3 oz. Chinese noodles

Toss together the first 5 ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, cream and garlic salt together. Add to the tuna mixture and chill until serving time. Just before serving add the celery and Chinese noodles. Toss lightly and serve for a delicious luncheon entree.
