TUNA/NOODLE SALAD 
1 can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 carrots, cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. MBT instant chicken broth
1 sm. box elbow macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, onion, carrots and chicken broth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain. Run cold water until cool. Mash tuna with fork until all flaky. Mix tuna, noodles and mayonnaise. Then add salt and pepper.
