CREAM POTATOES AND BROCCOLI 
2 potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 sm. carrots
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 c. cut broccoli, frozen
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 c. water - more if needed

Prepare vegetables. Cube potatoes, slice or chop onions, slice carrot and celery, cut broccoli or use cut frozen broccoli. 2 cups water or more. Cook vegetables in a 2 quart pan. Cook until tender.

While vegetables are cooking prepare flour and milk. When tender (vegetables) add butter and mix all at once, stirring until thickened. Do not boil. Depending on vegetables - I make this in 30 minutes.
