LASAGNA 
1 (16 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
6 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, minced garlic, and onion, drain off fat. Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley flakes.

Layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, and sauce. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
