CHICKEN BREASTS FLORENTINE 
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 thin slices ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. white wine
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. crushed thyme

Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness. Place a ham slice, cheese slice and 1/4 of the spinach on each chicken pieces. Roll up chicken from short end. Secure with toothpicks. Roll lightly in dry bread crumbs and brown in skillet. Place rolls in casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake covered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
