HOT CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook until tender. Can be made in a crock pot. Serve warm. Keeps well in a refrigerator for a long time.
