CABBAGE CRISP SALAD 
1 med. to lg. head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. white sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed, and salt. Bring to boil and let cool before adding to cabbage. Let stand overnight. Will keep for weeks.
