1 sm. pkg. coconut
1 box cake mix (white or yellow)
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions and add flavorings. Pour over coconut. Mix butter, cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Spoon over cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
