SECRET SPUDS 
10 med. potatoes
2 med. onions, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil potatoes and onions until tender. Drain and mash. Mix in sour cream and cream cheese. Put into a greased 3 quart casserole. Whip the cream and add grated cheese. Spread over the top of the potatoes. Bake for 45 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.

Spuds may be prepared one day before serving. Do not freeze.
