BON - BON'S SECRET "FOOJ" | |
1 lb. sugar 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1/4 lb. butter 1 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. corn syrup 4 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate Put all ingredients into a pan. Melt slowly until it thickens slightly and is very smooth. Turn up heat and boil very fast until it forms into a soft ball when a sample is dropped into cold water. Remove from heat and beat well with wooden spoon. Pour into a flat greased pan, mark into squares and let it set. When cold, devour! |
