CREME D'MENTHE SQUARES 
CAKE:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lg. can Hershey's syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FILLING:

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. creme d'menthe

Blend together and spread on cooled cake.

TOPPING:

6 oz. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together. Spread on top of filling. Refrigerate. To make cutting easier, use a knife that has been dipped into hot water. Serves 12 or more.
