1 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 c. sour cream
1 #2 can (2 1/2 c.) cherry pie filling

Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in sour cream. Alternate layers of cherry filing and whipped cream.

Start with red layer and ending with white layer. Top with a single cherry. Chill until serving time. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
