1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 lg. bag Oreo cookies

CRUST: Crush Oreo cookie (set aside enough cookies to dust the top).

FILLING: Cream butter and cream cheese; add pudding and 3 cups of milk. Mix well with electric mixer. Add Cool Whip and mix until thick and smooth. Pour over cookies. Sprinkle cookies on the top. Chill.
