HAMBURGER QUICHE 
3/4 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. (or more) grated cheddar
9 inch pie shell

Brown hamburger in pan. Drain fat. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend eggs, mayonnaise, milk and cornstarch together in large bowl; add hamburger, onion and cheese. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Good Hot or Cold!
