1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 to 1 lb. boiled shrimp
1 bottle cocktail sauce
Ritz crackers (or any other type snack cracker)

Spread cream cheese over the bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Mix shrimp and cocktail sauce together and spread over cream cheese. When serivng, spread over crackers.
