SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS 
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved, boned, cut in bite size pieces
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix first 7 ingredients; add chicken. Marinate 8 hours in refrigerator. Combine crumbs and seeds, roll chicken in mixture. Place on cookie sheet with sides. Spoon butter evenly over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve with mustard sauce or sweet and sour sauce. Serves about 8.
