FREEZER CUCUMBER CHIPS 
4 c. sliced cucumbers
2 c. sliced onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 c. white vinegar

Mix cucumbers and onion in bowl with salt and water. Let stand for 2 hours. Drain well. Add sugar and vinegar to cucumbers and onions, stir until sugar dissolves. Spoon into freezer containers, cover tightly and freeze at least overnight before serving. Thaw for 4 hours. Makes 30 servings.
