FREEZER CUCUMBER PICKLES 
2 qts. thinly sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
2 onions, sliced
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix cukes, onion and salt. Let stand 3 hours. Drain and rinse well. Mix sugar and vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over pickles. Put into plastic containers and freeze. Do not boil sugar and vinegar.
