1. PUNCH
(Use only 1 if using champagne - then may add 2nd). Serves 30 cups.

Mix all ingredients except champagne. Pour over ice in punch bowl. Add champagne carefully to retain bubbles. Makes twenty 6 ounce drinks.

Combine, boil and cool. Unmold ice ring into punch bowl; add juices and liquor; add ginger ale. Yield: approximately 30 (6 ounce) servings.

Make ice mold with orange juice or lemonade several days ahead. Decorate with orange slices, red, green cherries.

Mix together in large punch bowl and enjoy!

In non-aluminum 8-quart saucepot, combine ... 40 (1 cup) servings. This punch is good with or without alcohol, but is excellent with champagne.

Mix champagne, vodka and brandy. Add ginger ale just before serving. Place in punch bowl with ice ring.

Mix all together. HINT: Make ... small plastic container to freeze a block of orange juice to add to punch so that it doesn't get watered down.

OPTIONAL: Freeze cherry juice in ... container to float in punch. Be sure all ingredients are cold. Mix together about 15 minutes before serving.
