CRAB CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lb. crabmeat (imitation, flaked) 1 c. crushed saltine crackers 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash hot sauce Salt & pepper 1/4 c. mayonnaise Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Grease casserole (cover bottom of dish with fillet of flounder) and top with crab mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4. |
